TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

❖ Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.
❖ You will only receive a digital file that does not require physical shipping of any form.
❖ Certain Commission Types are not first come, first served.
❖ My prices here are negotiable and for personal use only. Please send me a message for commercial use.
❖ Prices will vary depending on the complexity and specific requests.
❖ I do not allow my art to be utilized for NFTs, other cryptocurrency, and training images for AI generators/imitators.

PAYMENTS

❖ I accept payment through PayPal Invoice or Wise.
❖ If paying by PayPal, please provide your email address so I can send an invoice. For other payment methods, I may need other details.
❖ Payment plans are available for large-scale commission. The client is required to pay a non-refundable minimum of 50% of the total commission as partial payment.
❖ Commission will only progress once I have received half/full payment.
❖ Full payment is required before I send the unwatermarked commission.

PROCESS

❖ Please provide the details of the request in the agreed contact channel (Discord, Email, Instagram, etc.)
❖ Changing the character or details of the commission is allowed during the sketch/concept stage.
❖ Changes or revisions that may impact the design and whole composition of the image may be charged a fee. I will inform you beforehand if there will be added fees.
❖ I accept edits and revisions after the commission has been completed, but will have fees depending on the changes requested.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

❖ Commissions could get a full refund if I haven't started on it or canceled it. Please note, the refund will equal the amount I received after paying the fees. (i.e., If you paid $50, and I received $45, The full refund will be $45.)
❖ Commissions in payment plans cannot get a refund of half of the payment, as it is non-refundable.
❖ Completed Commissions will not get a refund.

RIGHTS AND USAGE

❖ As the artist, I have rights and retain intellectual property on the artwork, and able to publish the artwork in my portfolio and social media.
❖ As the client, you have ownership of the artwork. Reposting the commission is allowed as long as appropriate credit and linking to the artist is given.
❖ The client must inform the artist, if they do not want the art to be publicized until a given date. NDA can be provided beforehand.
