GENERAL

❖ Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.
❖ You will only receive a digital file that does not require physical shipping of any form.
❖ My prices here are negotiable and for personal or non-profit use only. For commercial use, please read the rights and usage agreement section.

PAYMENTS

❖ I accept payment through Paypal, Wise, GCash, and Maya
❖ If paying by PayPal, please provide your email address so I can send an invoice. For other payment methods, I may need other details.
❖ Only transact with me if you are over the age of 18 and have the ability to pay off on your own (Your own PayPal account, credit card, etc.)
❖ I will not issue invoices to a different person other than the client unless discussed and agreed upon.
❖ Payment plans are available for large-scale commission. The client is required to pay minimum of 50% of the total commission or the negotiated minimum as partial payment and the rest can be paid in the negotiated plan.
❖ Commission will only progress once I have received the payment.
❖ Full payment is required before I send the unwatermarked commission.
❖ Any additional charges (NDA privacy fees, rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

❖ If the invoice has been sent and hasn't been paid within a week, I will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement for the delay.
❖ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission request.
❖ You may cancel the commission at any stage. Do not issue chargebacks, please communicate with me first before doing refunds.
❖ Commissions with or without a payment plan will get a full refund if I haven't started on it or cancelled it.
❖ Full refund will equal the amount I received after paying the fees. (i.e., If you paid $50, and I received $45, The full refund will be $45.)
❖ Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has been started but unable to be completed, and you are allowed to keep the commission files sent.
❖ Completed Commissions will not get a refund.

PROCESS, WORKFLOW, AND REVISIONS

❖ Please provide the details of the request in the agreed contact channel (Discord, Email, Instagram, etc.)
❖ Visual references are preferred. For descriptive reference, keep it clear and concise as much possible. Real photos may also be used.
❖ Changing the characters or commission request is allowed before the commission is started on.
❖ I will provide WIP screenshots throughout the duration of the commission.
❖ For any changes and revisions, please prepare a list of requests to be revised, Editing the WIP screenshot to serve as visual guide for the revisions is allowed.
❖ The client is limited to three(3) major revisions during the sketching stage. Minor revisions (including hue changes, missing small details, etc.) in any stages is allowed, but may be charged after three(3) sessions.
❖ Under the artists' discretion, any changes or revisions that may impact the design and whole composition of the image during the line art or finalization stage, may be charged a fee. I will inform you the of the cost based on the workload of the revision.
❖ Depending on the requested revisions, the scheduled completion of the commission may be affected.
❖ I accept edits and revisions after the commission has been completed, but will have fees depending on the changes requested.

RIGHTS AND USAGE AGREEMENT

❖ As the artist, I retain the rights and intellectual property on the artwork, and able to publish the artwork in my portfolio and social media.
❖ As the client, you have ownership of the artwork. Reposting the commission is allowed as long as appropriate credit and linking to the artist is given.
❖ The client may also provide an NDA, and must inform the artist if they do not want the art to be publicized until a given date. NDA will have a privacy fee of 50% of the total cost.
❖ I do not allow my art to be utilized for NFTs, other cryptocurrency, and training images for AI generators/imitators.
FOR COMMERCIAL USE
❖ The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (e.g., Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc.)
❖ The client may use the artwork for commercial use once granted with commercial rights agreements. The total price of the commission, and any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
❖ The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
❖ Commercial commissions for Digital Use, includes use for streaming, youtube thumbnails, patreon, music covers, branding, etc. the price is 100% of the end sum.
❖ For Physical production, includes use for Merchandise, Prints, Reproduction, etc. the price is 200% of the end sum.
